Last day of March and no new bus pass received yet. Phoned the local council who were very helpful and told me that it was on its way this week. We live in hope!

No bus pass yet for Bournemouth area

seems like the labour goverment cant do anything right we filled our forms in ages ago and still no new bus pass leeds

I went to my council office to ask where mine was and they gave a temp national card to use alongside my local bus pass if I want to go nationwide (York)

We have received ours but it appears that there is a national problem with the card production. This is not the fault of local authorities nor the government but the private contractors responsible for producing the cards.

Many councils are following the policy of giving additional temp cards as Rick says
